The "Lourdes Grotto" which was built by a group of parishioners in 1932. I cannot make out whether the nun on the leftis an actual White Sister or a statue.

The Parish Hall, built in 1933 by a group of Brothers from the Society. The
Hall soon became the centre for regular social events — particularly during the war years when entertainments were
laid on for the troops who were stationed locally.
In 1944 the Hall was also used as a private school. (See photos of some of the
